Lamb Copywriting was started in Naples in 2021 by Sara, a former journalist who had spent a decade writing human interest stories for Italian and British publications, and Nico, a conversion copywriter who had generated over โฌ4M in trackable revenue but was tired of writing aggressive, manipulative sales copy.
They created Lamb because they believed there was a better way to sell with words โ a way that respected the reader, honoured the brand\'s authentic voice, and still delivered measurable commercial results. They called it "gentle persuasion" โ and it works better than the loud version.
The team has grown to five: Sara (editorial direction and brand stories), Nico (conversion architecture and landing pages), Giulia (email sequences and nurture flows), Valentina (journal content and SEO), and Alessia (ad copy and short-form). Everyone writes. Nobody manages accounts.
